Personal care services include assisting the client with personal hygiene and daily meals, including tasks such as:

Once you get in touch with our team, we’ll begin the first step to creating a care plan tailored to you or your loved one.

Contact Angelic via phone, email, or online form.
During our initial contact, we’ll gather information in order to understand your needs and requirements.

A meeting is scheduled for an in-home assessment, which can be conducted by a registered nurse or care manager.

The evaluator discusses the client’s medical history, living environment, and specific needs.
Assessments may cover physical health, mobility, cognitive function, emotional well-being, social engagement, and environmental safety.

Based on the assessment, a personalised care plan is developed, outlining the type of services needed (e.g., personal care, companionship, medical assistance).
Family members can be involved in this process to ensure all needs are addressed.

The agency will provide details on caregiver qualifications, experience, and training.
We can also arrange for families to meet potential caregivers before services begin.
Pricing Process
Each care package is tailor-made to your requirements and our team will discuss this with you to ensure all of your needs are met.
